Once the order is placed, the system will not be able to modify any of these details.
Exchange and Return Policy
If the product is defective, damaged, or faulty from the store, customers may request a claim within 15 days
from the date of receipt.
The following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed
- Tags, labels, and stickers must still be intact
- The store does not accept returns for any other reasons.
Shipping Time
- Orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days after payment is completed. Shipping times may vary depending on the order volume at the time.
- Orders will be shipped in the order of payment confirmation.
Pre-order Products
- Pre-order items will be shipped according to the specified timeline. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual.

การเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า
หากสินค้ามีตำหนิ ชำรุด หรือเสียหายจากทางร้าน ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยนหรือเคลมสินค้าได้ภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และไม่ผ่านการซัก
- ป้าย แท็ก และสติกเกอร์ต้องติดอยู่ตามสภาพเดิม
ทางร้านไม่รับคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี !!!
ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง
- การจัดส่งสินค้าจะดำเนินการภายใน 1-7 วันทำการ หลังจากการชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น โดยระยะเวลาจัดส่งอาจแตกต่างตามจำนวนคำสั่งซื้อในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ
- ออเดอร์จะถูกจัดส่งตามลำดับการชำระเงิน
สินค้าพรีออเดอร์
- สินค้าพรีออเดอร์จะจัดส่งตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในรายละเอียดสินค้า ลูกค้าอาจต้องรอการจัดส่งสินค้านานกว่าปกติในบางกรณี
